GfK m2: new joint venture established

The GfK Group and Baden Baden- based BGK GmbH owned by Karlheinz Kögel, co-proprietor of media control GfK International, have set up a joint venture. The new company, in which GfK has a 70% stake, operates internationally under the name of GfK m2 and concentrates on the entertainment electronics industry. The company is headquartered in Hergiswil, Switzerland. GFK M2: NEW JOINT VENTURE ESTABLISHED
